Compatibility with field_group >= 8.3.3

Hello, the module is currently not compatible with a version >= 8.3.3 of field_group.

Problem/Motivation

Since the version 8.3.3 of field_group and this issue : https://www.drupal.org/project/field_group/issues/3222507 →
The hook form alter of the module field_group is called after the hook_form_alter of simple_multistep, and the module never fill the condition _check_form_multistep($form)

Steps to reproduce

Install field_group 8.3.3 and simple_multistep 8.x-1.x-dev.
Create a form display with a simple_multistep
It won't work

Proposed resolution

Call the same hook that is called in field_group (hook_module_implements_alter) and make sure that this module is called after.
