List for Drupal Contribution Open Collective funding

With the Drupal Association moving forward with #3377002: Enhancing the Drupal Association's Mission through Open Collective → , fundraising for groups and initiatives (aligned with DA goals/strategy) will be centralized on the Drupal collective (and Drupal Association host). With the #3376683: Establishment of the Drupal Sustainability Team → , we'll be passing these types of tasks/responsibilities off to them!

With the Drupal collective coming online, this issue (at least in it's current state) is outdated.
