Create a Settings Form

Problem/Motivation

There is no settings form for this.

Proposed resolution

Create a configuration page for this module. This will be useful for site level settings that are important for eg. Patreon API key. This is useful because some providers only allow their widgets to work using an API key.

Create a configuration page with a setting that accepts a Patreon API key.

This is complete in the patch on ✨ Funding: Implement Providers for D9 Fixed .

Settings page allows admins to disable and rearrange (control the rendering order) Funding Providers.
