Problem/Motivation

There is no settings form for this.

Proposed resolution

Create a configuration page for this module. This will be useful for site level settings that are important for eg. Patreon API key. This is useful because some providers only allow their widgets to work using an API key.

Remaining tasks

Create a configuration page with a setting that accepts a Patreon API key.

There will be a settings page for this module.

Data model changes

This adds configuration/settings to the module that will be stored in the database.
