Help text in Module

This is complete (ish) in the upgrade patch on 📌 Funding: Upgrade to Drupal 9 Fixed .

Currently the display is a select field that shows examples rather than a tooltip.

Examples are provided by each Funding Provider plugin:

With the merge of 📌 Funding: Upgrade to Drupal 9 Fixed , this is fixed.
