Deprecation Function Error on PHP 8.1.0 While adding new module info data at `admin/content/modules-info`

Steps to reproduce

Access `admin/content/modules-info` and try to add new module info , even though the data is saved successfully it is throwing Deprecation Function Error on PHP 8.1.
