This seems like a duplicate to 🐛 Requirements block upgrade to Drupal 9.4.4 with Composer Fixed . If it isn't please re-open and explain the differences and how this is still an issue.
The ckeditor module in the contributed modules is not needed for the Drupal 9 version of ckeditor_indentblock. This module is found in the core of Drupal. This dependency generates problems in integrations with modules like advagg to improve the performance of the site.
Install ckeditor indent block and advagg module.
In advagg enable preprocess on all JS
Configure a text editor with the indent option.
Edit or create any content that contains a rich text field.
Remove dependency on composer.json.
