Ask how to remove phantom fields

Problem/Motivation

I have a question how to delete fields that were created but before finishing the creation an error was shown before saving completely and now the fields are like ghosts they are not linked to anything neither to a custon block nor to a node type but they do exist when I use the same name appears to me machine name already exists

Steps to reproduce

Install drupal 9.4.8
Install multilanguaje content create two languaje
Install module https://www.drupal.org/project/hreflang →
Install module https://www.drupal.org/project/dev_mode/releases/8.x-2.4 →

Create a custom block add any field and put a name that you identify then you will see the error, but when you return to the field manager your field does not appear there, but when you want to create your field with the same name it shows you that there is already a field with that same machine name already created
