Support CSS & JS aggregation

Hey @beautifulmind, just wondering, how is this coming along? Do you need anything or are you blocked on something in particular?

Might be worth just pushing what you have, even if it's broken/incomplete, so others can give feedback or help out.

We fixed the issue. But I am not allowed to share the solution. :(

A work around to this issue is either using one of the contrib modules or using a custom module, you read all the css/js files from `public://css` & `public://js` directories and add them in the head using `hook_preprocess_HOOK`
