[W3C][HTML5] D8: Attribute “maxlength_js_label” not allowed on element “textarea” at this point

I've re-rolled the patch.

Upon further testing, my latest patch works with fields using CKEditor 4, but not with CKEditor 5.

We can try to fix this issue may be by replacing the maxlength_js_label attribute with a data attribute data-maxlength-js-label. This is because maxlength_js_label is not a valid HTML attribute, and it causes the validation error when using CKEditor 5.

Here is a new patch , that should solve the probelm in CKeditor 5 .
