1. Add option for "Pager Load More" to Views pager UI

2. Create the following pager settings for "Pager Load More" within the Views Pager Settings UI

  • Items per page (this is there by default)
  • Offset (there by default)
  • Pager ID (there by default)
  • View selector - This should be a text field and the default value should be .view
  • Content selector - This should be a text field and the default value should be .view-content
  • Pager container selector - A regular text field with the default value of .pager
  • Button text - A regular text field with the default value of Load more
