Problem/Motivation

Basic tests were added in #3280600: Add basic tests → which is great, but the schema configuration was missing the custom_routes key.

Steps to reproduce

We see errors like this in our CI:

Drupal\Core\Config\Schema\SchemaIncompleteException: Schema errors for layout_builder_iframe_modal.settings with the following errors: layout_builder_iframe_modal.settings:custom_routes missing schema

Proposed resolution

Add configuration schema for the custom routes.
