Add node title to render build

I'll create a patch for the issue.

Created a new PR. You can enable the use of node titles instead of default 'Previous' / 'Next' links on /admin/config/user-interface/prevnext page.
You can also add a prefix for the Previous link and add suffix for the Next link on the same link. e.g. add '<' & '>' signs

Note that we should update the MR because we merged the schema for the config. So, we should update the schema by including new configurations from the current issue.
