How to set document property author name in PDF

PDFs has meta data like author. It would be useful to allow site builds to set the author: either the owner, or the site name.

The PdfGeneratorInterface does not have a method to set the author or other meta data. What do you want the author to be? The organization of the Drupal site? The name of the Author?

Dom PDF has a method, add_info(), for meta data.
