Geocode an address in a user entity

Problem/Motivation

I've got a content type where I use the Address module ( https://www.drupal.org/project/address ) and the Geocode field to store a Geolocation and it works just nice.
Now, I wanted to do the same for the user entity. But that seems to be not working.

Steps to reproduce

Add the address to a user.
Add the Geolocation field.
Enter an address as a user.

(after configuring Geocoding provider for the content type and doing the same in the content type)

Drupal Version: 9.4.8
Address Version: 8.x-1.11
Geocoder Version: 8.x-3.31

Maybe it works and I'm just doing sth wrong?
Seems like, there is no geocoding from detail anymore in the Geofield. Only on the address field.
But that's the same for the content type and the same settings on the content type as well.

Any idea, why it doesn't work for users?
