Unique Field doesn't work when user doesn't have access

Problem/Motivation

When the user tries to insert a new value, the check always returns true. because the responsible function returns an empty array.

Steps to reproduce

use the field in a custom entity that the target user doesn't have access to it.

Proposed resolution

add accessCheck(false) ; in the query
