app.root as a service is deprecated and creates an error on database updates on php 8.1

Our case is updating drupal from 9.4.5 to 9.4.8 and php to 8.1 with stage file proxy 1.2 installed.

replace @app.root with %app.root% in the stage_file_proxy.drush.services.yml
