Clear timeout autosubmit used in views_autosubmit

Problem/Motivation

Clear timeout autosubmit.

Steps to reproduce

- Enable "Autosubmit" in Search view.
- Enable autocomplete.
- When you search you can't see the results from autocomplete
.

Proposed resolution

Allow to alter timeoutID from the JS side. To implement it add method alterTextInputTimeout in module and call it from custom JS code when need to alter/add timeoutID.
