There is problem with generating title over token of field which value contains quotes and double quotes.
1. Make sure there is text field in node type which can be used for source of value for the title.
2. got to /admin/structure/types/manage/[node-type]
3. in Autotitle section check "Enable automatic title"
4. Find token of the field and place to "Fallback title" and save configuration
5. Go to create/update form of the node type
6. And to the field some text containing quotes and/or double quotes
7. Save the node
8. As result node title will be generated containing "'" and/or """
