    Hi,

I have not been able to reproduce the problem.

On the server website, I have:
    - enabled Content moderation
    - applied the standard workflow to the article content type
    - created an article in published state
    - created an article in draft state

On the client website, I have been able to import both articles without error.
    - the article in published state on the server is in published status on the client
    - the article in draft state on the server is in unpublished status on the client

Please provide clear steps to reproduce starting from a fresh standard Drupal install.
