Same, after removing a module (entity_browser), a user role refering to this module was deleted.
Just update the module and its latest version and clarify also update the core 9.4.5 to 9.4.7, both with composer and I really don't know which of them caused the problem, but the Authenticated User role doesn't appear anymore
