Funding Provider: Drupal Organization

Problem/Motivation

On github funding.yml there is a provider called "github". This allows you to add a list of github usernames that will display in your sponsors area.

Should we have a "drupal" provider that can accept Drupal usernames, or Organization names, that would give them a bigger display than the text-based ones already available in the Project page?

Thought about this a good bit, and I don't think it really makes sense.

I think the fundametal idea of a Funding Provider should be that you can literally give people money by using it.

A funding provider that doesn't land the visitor on a location where they can give money would just be a generaic styled link, and I believe out of scope for this project.
