Expose removeFingerprintOnSuccess propery of Tus loader

I'd like to change the default behavior of removeFingerprintOnSuccess from false to true, but there is no way to do it.

Perhaps, we should think of a more generic solution to cover all settings, but for now, it's just a tiny little issue to cover one of them.

Why not add the UI widget to settingsForm() ?
I might add that later if there isn't an important reason.
