Highlighting not working properly on Firefox browser

Problem/Motivation

All the text will be stretched in yellow colour when you selected one word on the Firefox browser

Steps to reproduce

1- Select work and click add a note
2- Add a comment and save the note.
3- check the yellow colour highlighted on all the text not only the word I selected.

Proposed resolution

The issue seems to be related to the JS code in the `moderation_note.js` file that adds attributes to the parent of the span too.

Thank you for reporting the issue. I recently became the co-maintainer of the moderation note project.

I was not able to reproduce the error. Which version of Firefox caused the problem? Which Operation System?

I am unable to reproduce the issue, and only one user has reported the issue.
