Hi @justin2pin, I'm setting up asynchronous translations for one of our clients and noticed this while going through the issue queue to check for translation related tickets. I am able to apply this cleanly as a patch, but was wondering is there a reason why it hasn't been merged yet?

Revisiting this issue as it has surfaced in a client project. We've been using the patch provided by MR108 successfully for a while now. The MR includes tests for ensuring expected behavior for asymmetric translations. I'm merging into dev and marking as fixed. Thanks all!
