Add support for Anchor

We already had implemented apple podcasts, but i believe a lot of people are using anchor now a days for streaming and embedding podcasts.

Adding applied patch to the code base

- Ability to use anchor

- Added anchor as a template and formatter
- Added anchor as themable option
