Abstract EntityReferenceFilterViewResult::getConfiguredViewsOptions() foreach loop for easier customization

Problem/Motivation

When trying to create a plugin to extend EntityReferenceFilterViewResult class, the getConfiguredViewsOptions() method does not give us the ability to customize the options array returned. Only by calling parent method and processing the already processed options filter is possible to customize it OR by overwriting the whole method.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Abstract the lines 229 to 232, so if anyone needs to customize the filter, it'll be easier for custom processed options to be used.
