Make it compatible with PHP7.3

Problem/Motivation

PHP7.3 is not supported anymore but Drupal 9.x is still compatible with PHP7.3 (see https://www.drupal.org/docs/system-requirements/php-requirements → ) but this module doesn't work with PHP7.3, which may cause issues on sites still in the process of updating PHP version.

Steps to reproduce

Make it compatible with PHP7.3, while there's a D9 version of this module.
