If we use Activate Account administration pages in the Interface text language detection. The hook_domain_request_alter is being called very early when the \Drupal::request() doesn't exist. We need to get the request path from another source in order to detect the domain correctly.

This task is related to the issue 🐛 hook_domain_request_alter is not called when setRequestDomain is being called too early Active described for the domain module.
