Problem/Motivation

With PHP 7.4 going unsupported in ~2 months (see https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php), this really is critical.

  Problem 1
    - drupal/oauth2_token_manager dev-1.x requires php ^7.2 -> your php version (8.0.23) does not satisfy that requirement.
    - drupal/oauth2_token_manager 1.x-dev is an alias of drupal/oauth2_token_manager dev-1.x and thus requires it to be installed too.
