Node form display config enforce shows up on node add form on anything newer than 1.0.0-rc3

Tried this out locally and also ran the tests and it all works as expected! I've opened a merge request specifically for replacing the old warning message in 📌 FormHelperTrait::addWarning() should use '#theme' => 'status_messages' rather than output raw markup Fixed so I'm wondering what we should do about the Classy library removed here since it's also being removed in that issue? I'm tempted to drop the commit in this issue in favour of the one in the other issue and force push, but open to suggestions.
