Do not add machine name when name field is set to hidden

Problem/Motivation

Some modules do set the name field as hidden, also when it's disabled in the form view mode. As an example https://www.drupal.org/project/auto_entitylabel → does this. In this combination, the Taxonomy Machine Name is not disabled.

Steps to reproduce

Install https://www.drupal.org/project/auto_entitylabel → and enable it for a vocabulary and create a term.
