Add config mapping to form fields so overridden config is shown in UI

Problem/Motivation

Consider adding config info to form fields to indicate to third party modules (and potentially core in the future) if a field value is derived from configuration.

In cases where config overrides → are used, projects like Config Override Inspector → can add UI indicating values are overridden. See screenshot
