Looking back on this, most of the values in the `rest_oai_pmh.settings` object are still undefined.
This modules "rest_oai_pmh.settings" configuration object does not have its schema defined, leading to "config_inspector" complaining, and potentially inconsistent sorting of its properties.
Look at config_inspector's output, see it complain about a "missing schema"
Define the schema.
