Hello, I'm having this same issue, at view admin/structure/types/manage/article/display , I can't see any vote field, nor do I see any errors in the js console.

I just installed the new 1.0.0-beta1 version and I can't see the voting widget either.
I left everything default and it shows "Draw" without any button to click. There is a mouse pointer over it, but clicking doesn't do anything.
I also noticed the font of my website became thinner.Even without adjusting the icon font or CSS on the vote type, there should be working defaults.

same issue here with latest Drupal 10 and php 7.4 ,I didn't see any vote field when I tried adding the vote field on content type adding field page.

I think there is no new field type or field widget as per the module feature. With respect to the steps given in README, I think this module works as designed.
