Media Block Filters Not Working

Problem/Motivation

After upgrading to Drupal 9.4.5 and Gutenberg 8.x-2.5 the media block filters only return results for one media type. Using the filters to select other media types return no results. We have two different sites using Gutenberg and the same issue appears on both sites.

For other content types that use WYSIWYG, the media type filters return results for all media types but using the Gutenberg editor only one media type returns results.

On Drupal 9.3.18 and Gutenberg 8.x-2.4 the media type filters worked as expected (returning results for all media types) but we can not roll back to the previous versions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click to use the Gutenberg Media block on a site page
2. Click Media Library button
3. Filter by Media Type (only one media type shows results. All others show no results.)
