Also generate bundle classes/field getters when working in Drupal admin

Problem/Motivation

Right now, bundle classes and field getters are only automatically generated when creating bundles/fields through the commands provided in this module. We should instead move these to Drupal event subscribers that also get triggered when creating bundles/fields the classic way through the Drupal admin UI.
