Error in DateRangeTimezone widget when default value is empty

Problem/Motivation

Error when trying to create a node.

Steps to reproduce

* Create a content type
* Add a date field using the datetime range timezone module.
* Field is not required.
* Set the end date as none instead of Current Date.
* Try to create a new node.

I can create a new node and leave the field empty.

Proposed resolution

Check for null and avoid setting a timezone if date is not set.
