Problem/Motivation

The migrate tools module version 6.0 stable version was released, but migrate_process_extra does to allows to required it.

Steps to reproduce

composer require 'drupal/migrate_tools:^6.0'
The result is:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/migrate_tools ^6.0, found drupal/migrate_tools[dev-6.0.x, 6.0.0, 6.0.x-dev] but these were not loaded, likely because it conflicts with another require.
  Problem 2
    - drupal/migrate_process_extra dev-1.x requires drupal/migrate_tools ~5.0 -> found drupal/migrate_tools[dev-5.x, 5.0.0, 5.1.0, 5.x-dev (alias of dev-5.x)] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^6.0).
    - drupal/migrate_process_extra 1.x-dev is an alias of drupal/migrate_process_extra dev-1.x and thus requires it to be installed too.
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/migrate_process_extra 1.x-dev -> satisfiable by drupal/migrate_process_extra[1.x-dev (alias of dev-1.x)].

Proposed resolution

Add migrate_tools 6.0 constraint to composer.json
