Improve seed error/warning log information

Problem/Motivation

When pushing content to Quant via the UI or drush (i.e. seeding), if there are errors, it's not always obvious what could be done about them.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Update the text to be more helpful and/or add a documentation page/section with more information about dealing with errors and link to the documentation.

  1. Figure out wording/doc changes
  2. Update code/docs
  3. Review
  4. Commit :)

User interface changes

When viewing the logs or seeing the errors when running drush, the user will be provided with more useful information.
