Better support of taxonomy in quant_search

Problem/Motivation

There are some places where you can configure taxonomy/vocabularies in the quant_search module but it isn't as flexible as for content types.

Proposed resolution

Review the functionality and see where taxonomy support could be improved to be similar to content type support.

  1. Figure out changes
  2. Update code
  3. Review and test
  4. Commit :)

User interface changes

Probably changes to UI so there are more settings for taxonomy/vocabularies.
