The filter is not applying the following configurations:
- Filter label.
- Filter description.
- Multiple setting.
1. Create a view of submissions whose form is using webform workflows element field.
2. Add the webform_workflows_element_state on it, configuring the label, description, and make it a mutiple selection filter.
3. View the... view.
The filter added will not apply the configured label, description, nor be a multi-select even if the filter does support filtering by multiple values.
Add missing option to filter select element.
