Extra field added to object type will not save

This should fix the issue with fields, haven't tested it with the revision log because it actually doesn't show for me.

We have to add any fields to optionsDefinition() otherwise Course will strip it out from the submission.

Nevermind I see it, and this should fix both custom fields and the revision log (or any other API fields that end up being on the course object).
