Doesn't install on Drupal 9

Problem/Motivation

Installation fails.

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires drupal/pubkey_encrypt ^1.0@beta -> satisfiable by drupal/pubkey_encrypt[1.0.0-beta1].
- drupal/pubkey_encrypt 1.0.0-beta1 requires drupal/encrypt_seclib * -> found drupal/encrypt_seclib[dev-1.x, 1.0.0-alpha1, 1.x-dev (alias of dev-1.x)] but it does not match your minimum-stability.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.
