Compatibility with the Require on Publish module

Currently, the Required Field Display module does not look for fields marked as Require on Publish from the Require on Publish module →

Mark some fields as Required on Publish but their indicators are not displayed on the field overview page.

Adapt RFD module to check for Required on Publish fields.
