Update module page description (especially Drupal 8+)

Hi and thank you very much for this module! It looks very interesting, but the module page isn't really clear.

Could you perhaps add a screenshot how that field is configured and explain the dependencies and use cases for example?
There are several features listed, but it's not really clear, where and how it works and for which situations it might be useful (problem solved).
