Problem/Motivation

I want to use the actions provided by this module with Views bulk operations but getting "Cannot load the 'flag' entity with NULL ID" coming from the core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/EntityStorageBase.php:295

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable VBO
2. Create a view
3. Enable action provided by flag module
