Change Navbar story to add Navbar Brand and Nav stories to it

Problem/Motivation

Navbar story was added but it's still empty without any sub components inside it.

Proposed resolution

Do the following for Navbar component:

• Remove navbar.settings.json file.
• Add nav.config.yml file.
• Add nav.stories.js file.
