The module provide a way for developers to expose their strings via "string" plugin. However even though it is developer friendly (in my perspective), this is not accessible to Drupal Site Builder.
Create "string" entities that can be expose the whole CRUD operations and permissions, so that Site Builders can add/edit/delete "string"s.
Make them behave like "string" plugin. This needs further consideration, but looks like we can just merge the data from entities with plugin definitions. Maybe we can namespace the prefix to use "e:" (e for entity).
Discuss with senior Drupal developers and figure out a solution to move forward.
Needs a new UI.
Maybe needed.
New data model for storage needs to be created.
