Add Basic Nave and Dropdown Nav components stories

Problem/Motivation

Menus are rendered by the Nav component.
Adding Nav component story to be visible on the storybook.

Proposed resolution

Add these 2 files for Basic Nav and Dropdown Nav:

• stories.js file with its story code.
• config.yml file and put Nav story config in it.
