View title not rendered as HTML

Problem/Motivation

When setting the view title as foo & bar, it is then rendered as Actualités & événements.
It seems template_preprocess_eva_display_entity_view() expects the title to be plain text but it can be HTML.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an EVA view.
  2. Set the name as foo & bar.
  3. Display the view.

Proposed resolution

$variables['title'] should be a Markup object.
